Please note that cancellations at any time after Registration will incur a $350 Cancellation Fee. Learned Friends Pty Limited (‘Learned Friends’) may permit substitutions.
Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the conference. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to admin@learnedfriends.com.au.
Acknowledgement of cancellation will be sent within 3 working days and conference fees refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
Note that circumstances beyond the control of the Learned Friends may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Therefore, Learned Friends reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the Learned Friends website and notified to registrants by email as soon as possible.
Where Learned Friends offers a non-tangible irrevocable service we do not issue refunds after the completion of a conference.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any products or services via Learned Friends website. However, we realise that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.
